What our End of Tenancy Cleaning Includes
We are professional in all property cleaning and maintenance, and we pride ourselves on providing clients with professional service, guaranteed quality, and the highest level of efficiency. We use the most advanced carpet cleaning types of machinery, and our professionals are experienced and certified Carpet / Sofa / Rug Cleaners.
All cleaning material will be provided by NW Cleaning and Maintenance Ltd.
Since every home is different, this quote is our starting price for EOT cleaning. If the property is too dirty or larger than the average, we will charge you £20 per hour per cleaner+ VAT on the prices .
All prices are on our website www.nwcleaningandmaintenance.co.uk. (It is highly unlikely but if you do find any area that hasn’t been cleaned properly. We offer no refund; however, we will go back to clean without any additional charges.) This is the Warranty.
Please find below the general description of our End of Tenancy Cleaning service:
General deep cleaning of the kitchen including the oven, sink, draws, inside and above cupboards, fridge, washing machine detergent draw, cleaning dishwasher filters and wiping down anywhere where grease is present.

Bathroom cleaning including the shower unit, cleaning inside and out of shower home, descaling, scrub mould, particular attention to toilet seat underside and limescale in a bowl.

Cleaning the living room and bedrooms, dusting and wiping down all surfaces paying attention to radiators, electrical fixtures wardrobes, beneath furniture, under the bed and skateboards.
​
Window cleaning (inside only for flats) paying attention to the frame of the window.
​
Vacuuming and mopping of all floors.
On additional quote- professional steam clean of the carpets/sofa/rug.
